About FARE-CAFE database
FARE-CAFE includes 518 fusion genes with 1587 fusion gene events, 295 - 3’ proteins, 270 - 5’ proteins, 122 major and sub types of cancers. It is a network of fusion protein molecules and it’s domain- domain interactions to facilitate the mechanism of various types of cancers. The data records providing the relationships between fusion genes and various types of human cancers. In addition, we have integrated the genomic DNA level information for regulatory role of fusion gene expression. Our database FARE-CAFE provides an essential resource for chromosomal translocations, fusion proteins, DDIs, regulatory elements of fusion genes and human cancers.
